Cancellation Policy

1. Session Cancellations

• If a session is canceled less than 14 days (2 weeks) before the scheduled start date, the deposit will be retained as a non-refundable fee to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

2. Individual Lesson Cancellations

• For individual lesson cancellations, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full lesson fee, except in the case of illness (see below).

• If a lesson is canceled due to illness, please notify us as soon as possible. A reschedule may be accommodated at the instructor's discretion, subject to availability.

3. No-Show Policy

• Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notification will be considered a no-show and will incur the full lesson fee.

4. Weather Policy

• Weather related cancellations will be made at the instructor’s discretion. Lessons cancelled due to the weather will be rescheduled at no charge. If a lesson has already begun and needs to stop, due to weather, the remaining lesson time will be added to your remaining lessons.
